"This is a Kristin cake"




This cake was for a good friend. Her favorite purse was her coach purse that said "This is a Coach purse", so I modeled her cake after that.

Wedding cake 2



A wedding cake for a Japanese-American wedding. Fresh roses and fondant. The cake was chocolate in the bottom tier, butter cake with fresh strawberries in the middle tier and raspberry cake in the top tier.

Storybook




This cake was a challenge! The carriage is made from rice crispy treats and covered in fondant. Cookie wand and lots of glitter.

School in Okinawa



These were for a teacher in Okinawa for her end-of-the-year party for her class. I hand-painted the logo on the cupcakes.

My daughter's 5th birthday



This is the cake my daughter asked for when she turned 5. Barbie with fresh flowers. I took her to the flower shop with me and she picked them out herself and she helped me arrange them. I did the rest.

Wedding birthday




The little girl who had this cake wanted a wedding themed birthday party. Covered in marshmallow fondant with ribbon for the border and a tiara veil on top.

Wedding cake


Sorry about the small photos. This a wedding cake I made for a Japanese-American wedding reception. It fed 180 people. The tiers are 8, 10, 12, 14. Chocolate with ganache filling and vanilla with buttercream. Covered in vanilla buttercream and marshmallow fandant. Scroll work on the sides and fresh red roses on top and on the cake board. They loved it!

Easter


A cupcake cake for Easter. It is covered in buttercream with fondant decorations and candy eggs hiding in the grass.

Buffalo Sabres

A small birthday cake made with white cake and buttercream frosting with a hand-painted fondant buffalo.

Butterfly





This is a first birthday cake. Made with strawberry and butter swirl cake. Covered in buttercream frosting with fondant accents. The sides have fondant butterflies with buttercream details.

Navy Chiefs Birthday



This cake was for the US Navy Chiefs 117th birthday. It was butter and mocha cake with buttercream frosting. The anchors are made with fondant and gold and silver luster dust.

B.O.B.

BOB! This cake was for a little girl who loved Monsters vs Aliens and I thought BOB would be perfect. This cake is 4 layers and can feed about 40 people. All buttercream. This was fun to make.

Lion Baby Shower



This cake was for a friend of mine. Her theme was jungle so I found this cute lion at one of the pastry shops out in town and it was perfect! It is a two-tiered cake with a 6" round on top and an 8" round on the bottom. The details are fondant with some luster dust.

Baby Blocks


Baby blocks for a baby shower. The letters are the baby's initials and the toppers are candy. The whole thing is covered in buttercream.

Ben 10



The Ben 10 omnitrix. This was fun to make. 10" square cake with a 6" single layer round on top. Covered in marshmellow fondant with buttercream and hand painted accents.

Anniversary




Again with the crazy sideways picture. This time I know I rotated it. You get the idea. This was a cake for a couple who was celebrating their anniversary. I was sooo excited to make this cake. It is a 6" round spliced in to 4 layers made out of red velvet cake, buttercream frosting and marshmellow fondant covering it. I used buttercream for the scrollwork and details and fresh roses for the top. I can only imagine how beautiful it looked when they cut into it.

Sunflowers




Sorry for the sideways picture. I thought I rotated it. Anyway, this is a 3 layer 8" and 9" cake made for a woman who loves sunflowers. Kind of a last minute thing, but I think it turned out okay. Big enough to serve about 30 to 35 people. Made with vanilla buttercream.

Golfing


Golfong anyone? This cake is a 10X15 2 layer cake that will serve up to 60 people. Everything but the trees are edible. Made with buttercream frosting.
