Air Force

This is a cake for a promotion party. Silver-white cake and chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. Serves 40. At first I though this cake was going to be really easy. Then when I started thinking about how I was going to cut it to shape, I realized how perfect the Air Force symbol is and I actually needed to plan. So, the hardest part was making the cardboard template to use to cut the cake and draw the star. I am very happy with the way this cake turned out.
