Strawberry Shortcake

This is a chocolate and vanilla cake. It is completely covered in buttercream frosting. The top of each tier is marshmellow fondant, along with the stripes and berries. Strawberry Shortcake is made with a frozen buttercream transfer. A fun cake.

Treasure Hunt

A pirate cake made out of chocolate. The skull and crossbones is painted fondant with buttercream frosting. The black frosting is dark chocolate. The "gold" coins on the side are fondant with gold sprinkles covering them.

Sock Monkey

This cake was for a sock monkey-themed party for a first birthday. The cake is banana flavored covered in buttercream and marshmellow fondant. The monkey are made with fondant also and the faces are painted on. It was fun cake to make and I am happy with the outcome.

Adult Novelty Cakes

Hello Grown-ups! I DO make adult novelty cakes and I have pictures of a couple of cakes I have made recently. They are graphic, so if you would like to see a picture of them, please email me or call me and I can email you the pictures. Thanks!

Pink Pirate

I used the invitation for inspiration to make the cake. "Pink Pirate" is the theme from Oriental Trading Company. The black cake is a single layer 13 x 9 and the white cake is a carved 8" round. The skull and crossbones is made from marshmellow fondant layed on top of the cake. I hand painted the details to make it look as close to the theme as possible. This cake fed about 25 people.
